He pointed out that the orderly recovery of the tourism market and the tourism economy is irreversible. The upgrading of tourism consumption and the sinking of the market will make the trend of stable and changing leisure demands more obvious. Social stability, legal environment, economic growth and trade development will bring recovery and prosperity possibility to the business travel market. At present and for a period in the future, we should have full confidence in our Party and State for coordinating epidemic prevention and control and resuming work and production, and maintain optimistic expectations for the prosperity and development of the tourism economy. We need to further expand infrastructure, public services and social investment, implement innovation-driven strategy, take into account both the upgrading of tourism consumption and the sinking of the tourism market, and build a modern tourism system. Government tourism administration should strengthen the classification guidance of traditional and emerging, state-owned and private, large, small and micro tourism market, and implement precise policies. Party committees and governments at all levels should pay high attention to traditional businesses such as travel agencies, OTA, star-rated hotels, homestays, A-class scenic spots, theme parks, and tourist buses and boats, especially the living conditions of front-line personnel such as tour guides, team leaders, drivers, and waiters.
