In accordance with the general requirements on urban tourism development of the Beijing's "Eleventh Five-Year" Plan for Tourism Development, and results of Beijing's "Eleventh Five-Year" key planning project Research on Non-traditional Tourism Resources and Growth of Industry in Beijing, in order to accelerate the development and utilization of non-traditional tourism resources in Beijing, on the basis of in-depth analysis of the status quo and problems of non-traditional tourism resources in Beijing, the subject studies the general idea, main objective, main work, preparation and protection, and other relevant supporting measures of the development of non-traditional tourism resources in Beijing. Finally, this research includes a monographic study on tourism development of cultural resources, business exhibition resources and recreation and leisure resources.
